Section 10
Arrangements relating to attendance and leave
(1) Every manager shall keep the attendance book of working journalists working in the communication establishment.
(2) Every working journalist shall attend and work regularly in his office or work area at the time specified by the manager. Generally, one should not be absent from the office or work area without sanctioning leave.
(3) Public leave, maternity leave and festival leave, sick leave, home leave, maternity leave, maternity care leave, work leave and unpaid leave for working journalists shall be as prescribed.
